Funeral services for the late Mr. Redgie Posey were held on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Hudson Funeral Services. Rev. Isaiah Posey officiated. Burial followed in Zion Rest Cemetery. Hudson Funeral Services, Greenville, Ala directed. Life began for Mr. Reggie Wayne Posey on December 9, 1974 in Forest Home, Ala.  To the late Ms Bernadine Posey.  He confessed Christ at an early age and united with Zion Rest A. M. E. Zion Church in Forest Home, Ala. He was called to rest on Friday, July 6, 2012. Memories of a beautiful life will be cherished by his wife Sentell Posey, Ft. Deposit, Ala.; two children Devonta and Shaquonta Posey both of Greenville, Ala., two steps children Sher’Ryan Scott, Pensacola, Fla.; and Jakelsius Scott Fort Deposit, Ala.; a very loving and devoted grandmother Lola Powell, Forest Home, Ala.; four sisters, Tammy (Brandon) Powell, Greenville, Ala.; Ernestine Brown, Dorothy Fails, Darlene Rudolph all of Forest Home, Ala.; three brothers, Joseph Posey, Pensacola, Fla.; James (Viola) Posey, Beatrice, Ala.; Howard Posey, Montgomery, Ala.; a very special niece and nephew Shaqaveya and Jaquest Posey, both of Greenville, Ala.;  A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved him dearly. Four great aunts and one great uncle, two sisters-in-laws, Bernadette Scott and Andrian Jenkins, four brothers-in-laws Catlan Scott, Rev Jessie Scott, Lionel Jenkins and Steven Powell, special friends Labarron Gamble, Eddie Dawkins, Charles Stallworth, Tommy Mayberry, Derrick Peagler, Bodie Smith and Chris Williams.
