Mr. and Mrs. Randy Harvill of Greenville, Ala., announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittney Loren Harvill to Travis Daniel Kidd, son of Mr. and Mrs. Travis Kidd of Luverne, Ala.

Miss Harvill is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Harvill of Georgiana, Ala., and the late Mr. J. L. Goodson and Mrs. Barbara Goodson of Prattville, Ala.

She is a 2008 graduate of Fort Dale Academy and a 2012 graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in communication disorders. She will be attending Auburn University in the fall in pursuit of a master’s degree in speech-language pathology.

Mr. Kidd is the grandson of the late Mr. Milon Kidd and Mrs. Sarah Kidd of Luverne, Ala., the late Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Kelley of Luverne, Ala., and Mr. Clayton Golden of Goshen, Ala.

He is a 2006 graduate of Brantley High School and a 2008 graduate of Lurleen B. Wallace Community College with an Associates of Applied Sciences in forestry. He is currently employed by Auburn University.

The wedding is set for July 7 at Southside Baptist Church in Greenville, Ala.
