Mother Nature spoiled the Butler County Motorsports Park’s opening night under new ownership.

New owner Howie Garvin was forced to cancel the April 21 races due to rain in the area. Racing will resume Saturday at the BCMP with Crate Late Models, Hobby Stocks, Street Stocks and Stingers. The gates will open at 5 p.m. with the races set to begin at 7:30 p.m.
