Heamon N. Black, 92, a resident of Georgiana, Ala., died Wednesday March 14, 2012. Funeral services were held March 16, 2012, from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Phillips officiating. Burial followed in Providence Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana, Ala., directing arrangements. Survivors include, wife: Arkie Bell Smith Black, Georgiana, Ala.; daughters and sons-in-law: Janice and Cecil Wayne Strickland, Selma, Ala., and Annette and Jimmy Kelley, Georgiana, Ala; son and daughter-in-law: Royce and Pauline Black Greenville, Ala.; sisters: Bertie Lee Smith, Greenville, Ala., and Lucille Lowery, Georgiana, Ala.; brother: T.C.
