Myrtle Louise Bush Burkett, born February 24, 1930, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Crowne Health Care, Greenville, Alabama, at the age of 82.  Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. from Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Harvill officiating.  Burial followed in Providence Cemetery.  Ms. Burkett was preceded in death by her Husband, Talmadge Theo Burkett; Son, Donnie Lynn Burkett; Parents, Omie and Bera Bush; Sisters, Colon Beverly, Opal Gipson, and Barbara Gipson; and Brother, Carlton Bush.  She is survived by her two Daughters, Linda (Al) Triester, Columbus, Ga. and Connie Casey (Larry), Georgiana, Al.; three Sons, Harvey (Judy) Burkett of Greenville, Al., Randy (Kathryn) Burkett, Honoraville, Al., and Terry (Diane) Burkett, Fort Deposit, Al.; twelve Grandchildren and nine Great-Grandchildren.  Ms. Burkett’s family accepted friends on Wednesday evening, February 29, 2012.  Online condolences may be made at www.johnsongeorgiana.com.
