Ted Dunagan, a two-time Georgia Author of the Year for young adults, visited Butler County on Friday to speak to Amy McClellan’s gifted students in all of the schools in the Butler County school system. Dunagan has written books such as A Yellow Watermelon, which the students have been studying and reading. He has also written Secret of the Satilfa and Trouble on the Tombigbee.
