The Alabama Forestry Commission will be giving away tree seedlings to Butler County residents on Tuesday.

A variety of species, such as oaks, maples and Crepe myrtle are available on a first come-first serve basis while supplies last. There is a limit of 10 seedlings per person.

The giveaway will be held at the Alabama Forestry Commission’s office, located at 59 Firetower Rd. in Greenville, from 9 a.m. to noon.
