Edward Perdue

Edward Perdue was born on June 24, 1951 in Butler County to the late Mr. Werle Perdue Sr. and Ellen Perdue.

He received Christ at the Harrison Street Christian Church, where he served as chairman of the Deacon Board. He was a faithful and devoted member until his death. He was preceded in death by three sister and four brothers, Betty Jean, Annie Womack, Loise Grace, Frank Albritton, Werle Jr., Johnny Joe and Norman Perdue.

Edward leaves to cherish his memories a devoted and loving wife, Linda Perdue; six children, Marcie Purifoy, Rory (Tracy) Jenkins, Daniel Perdue, Kenya (Shira) Hawkins, Mario (Cassandra) Hawkins and Patrick Purifoy; seven grandchildren, Sr. Airman Rolandon Purifoy, Anthony & DeAndre Savage, ShonDarius Warren, Alexis Nept, Joshua Jenkins, and Kenya Hawkins.; one sister, Elizabeth (Charlie) Brown; six sister-n-laws, Emma Albritton, marie Perdue, Willie Mae Perdue, Cathy Lee, Marilyn (Barry) Grace, Johnnie (Tony) Hatten; one brother-n-law, Charles Hawkins; a host of nieces, nephews, devoted relatives and friends.
