Cold weather brings hot events

It’s official.  Baby it’s cold outside. The unpredictable weather has certainly decided to give preference to cold, causing most of us to bundle up in jackets and gloves, or in my case, anything else I can find to help me stay warm.  I don’t know about you, but these cold mornings make me want to hibernate, waiting on signs of a warm, sunny afternoon.

Staying inside where it’s nice and warm may seem like the only thing to do in this cold weather, but don’t stay cooped up too long. There are three indoor events happening in the coming days that are sure to keep you entertained. Grab your coat; there are places to go and people to see.

Manpower of Greenville Open House: Thursday, Jan. 19 at 5 p.m. at 403 East Commerce St. Stop by and meet the staff, tour the office; enjoy light refreshments and door prizes. For more information, call 382-6576.
