The capital murder trial of John Lewis Thomas, Jr. and Antonio McNear has been delayed until early next year.

The trial was scheduled to begin this week.

Thomas and McNear are accused of killing Charles Kelley and Patricia Barganier of Highland Home during a 2008 robbery of Kelley’s Grocery.
