Mr. Phillip E. Pittman, 75, a resident of Greenville died Saturday, July 23, 2011. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 10 a.m. from the Forest Home Methodist Church with Rev. Kirk Smith officiating and Harrison Funeral Home of Greenville directing. Interment will follow at Forest Home Cemetery with full military honors. Mr. Pittman proudly served his country and retired from the United States Army.

Mr. Pittman is survived by his wife Elizabeth S. Pittman of Greenville and children, Donna (James) Langston, Maplesville, Al.,Phillip Earl (Dawn) Pittman, Jr.,Milton, Fl., William Alan (Loree) Pittman, Pace,Fl., Mark Randall (Patti) Pittman, Orange Grove, Tx., Anita Gail (Rogers) Till, Forest Home, Al. Sisters, Ramona Worthington, Mansfield, La., Mildred Stevens, Seminile, Al.  15 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Harrison Funeral Home Tuesday evening 6 until 8 p.m.
