Dear Mayor McLendon,

I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the City Council and the citizens of the City of Guntersville, to thank you for all your help during our April 27 tornado disaster.

We appreciate you loaning the Guntersville Water and Sewer Board a generator for use during our recent historic weather disaster.

Thank you for your assistance and support during this difficult time.

We are continuing to work hard to clean up and get back to normal and this is a wonderful example of communities working together for the good of all.
