Massey, Richardson to wed

Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Ross Massey, of Honoraville, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Leanne Massey, to Christopher Keith Richardson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Reginald Richardson, Sr., of Dothan.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Chesterfield Williams of Greenville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Charles Massey of Honoraville.

Miss Massey is a 2002 graduate of Highland Home School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Alabama, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority.  She received a Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.  Miss Massey is presently employed as an attorney at Cochran, Cherry, Givens, Smith, Lane & Taylor, P.C.

The future bride-groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Josh G. Paulk, of Birmingham, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Reginald “Skeeter” Richardson, of Greensboro.

Mr. Richardson is a 2006 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  He received a Juris Doctorate in 2010 from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.  Mr. Richardson is a Captain in the Alabama Army National Guard and is presently employed as an attorney at Espy, Metcalf & Espy, P.C.

The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. on July 16, 2011 at the Jemison-Van de Graaff Mansion in Tuscaloosa.
