The following reports were filed by the Butler County Sheriff’s Department between Jan. 3, 2011 and Jan. 10, 2011.

Jan. 3

-Hubert Estel Stokes IV, 18, was arrested for failure to appear.

-A report was filed at 180 Fieldcrest Road in Georgiana for assault, 3rd.

-A report was filed at 180 Fieldcrest Road in Georgiana for menacing.

Jan. 4

-Bobby Neal Shanklin, 36, was arrested for failure to appear.

-Henry Tyler Bush, 18, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

-Haley Rebekah Gipson, 22, was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance.

-Anthony Jerome Bailey, 31, was arrested for  domestic violence, 3rd.

-Myron Lydell Mobeley, 25, was arrested for nonsupport of a child.

-A report was filed at West Dogwood Trail in Georgiana for driving under the influence,  illegal distribution of a controlled substance and possession of dangerous drugs.

-A report was filed at 4490 Mobile Road for harassing communications.

Jan. 5

-Charlie Ray Sexton, 51, was arrested for harassing communications.

-A report was filed at MM 139 on I65 for possession of marijuana, 2nd and possession of a pistol by a violent felon.

-A report was filed at 668 Friendship Road in Georgiana for theft by deception, 3rd. Items reportd stolen were vehicle parts and a cell phone.

-A report was filed at 13 Burbank Drive in Greenville. Item reported stolen was cash.

Jan. 6

-Quinderrious Dasum Adams, 19, was arrested for failure to appear.

-Billy Joe Leonard Jr., 57, was arrested for theft of property, 3rd.

-A report was filed at 979 Blue Round Road in Georgiana for burglary, 3rd and theft of property, 2nd. Items reported stolen were stereo components, a keyboard and money.

-A report was filed at 2679 Shine Road in Greenville for harassment.

-A report was filed at 161 Quail Ridge Road in Greenville for harassing communications, criminal mischief, 3rd and harassment.

-A report was filed at 161 Quail Ridge Road for theft by deception, 3rd and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle. Items reported stolen were tools.

Jan. 7

-Channon Lee Lowery, 25, was arrested for public drunkenness.

-A report was filed at 161 Quail Ridge Road in Greenville for reckless endangerment.

-A report was filed at 3200 Pettibone Road in Greenville for cruelty to animals.

-A report was filed at Pineapple Highway for harassment.

Jan. 8

-A report was filed at 180 Fieldcrest Road in Georgiana for pedestrian under the influence.

-A report was filed in Georgiana for two counts of domestic violence, 3rd.

-A report was filed at 3000 South Butler Springs Road in Forest Home for burglary, 3rd.

-A report was filed at 13177 Ridge Road in Forest Home for harassment.

Jan. 9

-A report was filed a Loves Way Church in Georgiana for burglary, 3rd. Items reported stolen was a door.
