The case of Greg Griffin and Vonciel Bedgood vs. Butler County Board of Education member Johnny Lee, which was supposed to be heard at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, has been delayed once again, according to Circuit Judge Edward McFerrin.

McFerrin said that he agreed to the continuance, as both parties were still trying to work out a hearing date.

Plaintiffs Griffin and Bedgood brought the case against Lee, alleging Lee resides outside district 5, which he is currently representing for the Butler County Board of Education. Lee’s address is registered as 503 Cook Bridge Road, while plaintiffs allege he resides at 18990 Mobile Road, which lies within district one.
