25 Years Ago: Dr. Norman McGowin has joined the staff of Stabler Clinic…Sheila McLendon is the winner of the 1985 Cancer Society Balloon Derby and won $100 in groceries from Super Foods…Steve Heartsill has been elected president of the Alabama Club at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary…Officers installed at Eureka Lodge were Eddie Anderson, Jesse Byrd, Wesley Jordan, J.W.
