A new organization has been started in Butler County for anyone with disabilities who may need emotional support.

The People With Disabilities Support Group will meet on Thursday, July 8 at 7 p.m. at 300 Hicks St. in Greenville. The support group will then meet the first Thursday of each month to follow. Those with disabilities can come and share their problems, strengths and accomplishments, say organizers.

The group is not limited to the disabled, but also to caregivers, family members and friends.
