A single-vehicle wreck on Cameron Chapel Road at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday morning resulted in the death of a Brantley man.

Darryl Taunton, 49, of Brantley was killed after he lost control of his 1987 Ford F-150 and overturned, according to a report from the Alabama State Troopers.

Taunton was ejected from the truck and pronounced dead at the scene by coroner Ronnie Turner.

The wreck is still under investigation by State Troopers.
