Getting down and dirty on Earth Day
Earth Day is a perfect time to get your hands dirty. Six students from Greenville Elementary School did just that on Thursday as they potted, planted and watered a bevy of blooms to beautify their school’s entrances. Debbie Coker and Dot Murphy assisted Tydarius Powell, Treyvon McClain, Tyrone Boggan, Haylee Patton, Harrison Weed and Elli Zorn in this project, one of several going on inside and outside the classroom in celebration of Earth Day.
