Mrs. Laverne Farmer Pynes, 76, a resident of Greenville, died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010 from Industry Cemetery with Minister Charles Smith officiating. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing. Pynes, Greenville; 2 Sons and Daughters in Law: Clayton and Hope Pynes, Georgiana and Gary and Wanda Pynes, Atlanta, Ga.; Sisters: Eloise Sanders, Mobile and Margaret Mims, Deatsville; Brothers: Marvin Farmer, Prattville, M.B. Farmer, Doraville, Ga., and Lawrence Farmer, Texas. Visitation will be at Johnson Funeral Home on Sunday from 1 p.m. until time for services.
