Kayla Lee was recently honored to receive two Scholastic Art Awards from the Alabama Regional Art Foundation at a ceremony held at the Armory Learning Arts Center in Montgomery, Alabama. The Fort Dale Academy senior was awarded a Gold Key Award for her photography portfolio and a Silver Key Award for her art portfolio. The Gold Key award included a $1500 scholarship to The Savannah College of Art and Design and the photography portfolio will be sent to New York City for Scholastic’s National Competition. Kayla also won first place at the award ceremony for her entry in the “Mad Hatter Hats” contest.
