Two drug dealers arrested by the Butler County Sheriff’s Office in June 2008 have been sentenced in federal court, said Sheriff Kenny Harden.
William Douglas Crittenden, alias “Stuff,” and Clifton Dwayne Dockery, alias “White Mike,” received prison terms in U.S. District Court for the Middle District after pleading guilty to distributing crack cocaine in Butler County. Crittenden received eight years, while Dockery received five years.
Deputies and agents with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) arrested the pair after conducting an investigation over several months. Harden said the decision to turn the case over to federal court was made based on the large quantities of cocaine the two individuals were moving through the county.
