Donald Wayne Shirley, age 71, a resident of Greenville, died Monday, November 17, 2008 at his residence. Funeral services were at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from the chapel of Harrison Funeral Home with the Reverend Jimmy Benson officiating. Interment followed in Sunrise Cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home directing. Survivors include: wife, Sandra Shirley; sons, Gordon Shirley of Greenville and Greg Shirley of Georgiana; sisters, Lucille Compton of Brantley and Myrtle Henderson of Montgomery; brother, Lance Shirley of Wichita Falls, Texas and granddaughter, Trisha Shirley of Greenville.
