Ruthie Mae Minor, a resident of Greenville, passed on Sunday, October 5, 2008.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, October 11, 2008 from Pine Level Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Sanders officiating.
Burial will follow in the churchyard cemetery with Hudson Funeral Services of Greenville directing.
Mrs. Minor leaves to cherish her memories her children, six daughters, Willie N. Lewis of Childersburg, Mattie Dunkline, Cindera (Dewayne) Motley, Patricia (Dwight) Thomas, all of Cleveland, Ohio, and Tubie (Willie) Adams and Courtney (Chris) Taylor, both of Greenville; stepdaughter, Lili Bell Levene of Pensacola, Fla.; three sons, Walt (Leslie) Minor, Curtis (Cathy) Minor, Howard Minor, all of Cleveland, Ohio; stepson, Johnny (Shirley) Lee of Georgiana; adopted daughter, Angela Taylor of Greenville; daughter-in-law, Diane Minor; three brothers, Albert (Linda) Powell, Robert and Jimmy Powell, all of Cleveland; four sisters, Lucy Hale of Cleveland, Annie Herbert, Bettye (John H. Moorer), Mabel Feagin, all of Greenville; 20 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
