Mrs. Donnie Dean Cottrell, 83, a resident of Greenville, passed away Jan. 18. Funeral services were held Jan. 19, in the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Paul officiating and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Burial followed in Magnolia Cemetery.  Mrs. Cottrell is preceded in death by her first husband, James David Nordan and grandson, Chip Rogers.  Survivors include her husband, Paul Cottrell of Greenville; two daughters, Shirley Nordan Hilburn (Wylie) of Cleveland, Miss., and Pat Rogers (Billy Ray) of Greenville, Ala.; four grandchildren, Donna Marie Rogers of Greenville, Ala., Brian Coleman Hilburn of Clinton, Miss., John Blake Hilburn (Marnie) of Canton, Miss., and Leslie Hilburn Waters (Brent) of Hattiesburg, Miss.; five great-grandchildren, Lucy Kate Waters, Coleman Keith Waters, Hunter Ray Owens, Hannah Ensley Owens, and Haylie Elizabeth Acree; sister, Ora Mae Wilson of Ocean Springs, Miss.; brother, Houston Ward of Mobile, Ala., and several nieces and nephews.  Online condolences may be offered to www.dunklinanddanielsfh.com.
