Earl Grant Lowery, 72, a resident of Georgiana, Ala., passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012. Graveside services were held Dec. 29, 2012 at Bethel West Cemetery with Rev. J.W. Land officiating and Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing arrangements. Mr. Lowery is survived by his wife, Norvis Middleton Lowery, Georgiana, Ala.; daughters, Jill (Tommy) Wisener, Tallassee, Ala., Joy (Jason) Helter, Arab, Ala.; son, Jeff (Melissa) Lowery, Albertville, Ala.; step-daughters, Beverly (Jerry) Ward, Houston, Texas, Martha Young, Foley, Ala.; step-sons, Allen and Jason Young, both of Georgiana, Ala., Darren (Michelle) Young, McKenzie, Ala.; sisters, Ruth (Daois) Hester and Martha Ann Santo, both of Montgomery, Ala., Elizabeth Price William, Mobile, Ala.; brother, Lester Lowery, Montgomery, Ala.; Nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; little special children, Ian and Maggie Godwin.
