Butler County natives earn UA degrees

Butler County natives are flourishing at the collegiate level and two recently earned degrees at the University of Alabama (UA), finishing among over 6,000 receiving degrees during the university’s spring commencement ceremonies.

Madison Edwards of Greenville has earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from UA. She is a graduate of Greenville High School and works at UAB Medicine.

Parker McNaughton, also of Greenville, received a Bachelor of Arts at UA. Mcnaughton is a 2021 graduate of Fort Dale Academy where he was valedictorian of the Class of 2021.
