A single-vehicle crash involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) that occurred at approximately 6:44 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, has claimed the life of a Greenville man.
Joshua Alexander Hasty, 21, was fatally injured when the 2020 Polaris Ranger he was operating left the roadway, struck an embankment, and overturned. Hasty was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash.

As a result, he was ejected from the Polaris and pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Hugley Bridge Road, approximately eight miles southeast of Greenville city limits, in Butler County.

Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
