A Greenville native, Seaman Joshua Isaac is gaining his sea legs and building skills while serving his country on board the USS Mitscher
Isaac received steering casualty procedures training in the pilothouse of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer on March 18. Carrier Strike Group Twelve, Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group is at sea training as an integrated warfighting team.
Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) is the Joint Force’s most complex integrated training event and prepares naval task forces for sustained high-end Joint and combined combat.
