Do you often feel rushed?
I remember a few years back when I was overwhelmed by the demands of leading five churches, theological studies, and trying to balance my family life. It was tough; I nearly quit!
We spend our weekdays racing toward the weekend, eager for some rest, only to find that the cycle of pressure continues. In the chaos of life, I discovered how important it is to slow down and focus on what really counts.
It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind of work, family activities, meetings, and other responsibilities, but we must remember our true calling — to connect with God. As we enter a new season, I encourage all of you to take a moment to think about your own schedules and what you’re committed to.
Are there relationships that need more of your time? Let’s make sure to set aside time for prayer, reflection, and rest. Our spiritual health is just as important.
