* Butler Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church at 401 Oglesby Street in Greenville will celebrate its 158th church anniversary Sunday, March 23 at 2 p.m. with the theme, “Thus Far the Lord Has Helped Us.” Rev. Denbray Archie, pastor of Limestone Faulk African Methodist Episcopal Zion in Monroeville will be the guest speaker.

* First Methodist Church in Greenville will host guest speaker Thomas Agutu, founder of Nyogaya Foundation on Sunday, March23 at 10:30 a.m. to share God’s transformational work in Kenya.
