Lulu, a lively 4‐month‐old pup, is one of the many adorable babies — of every shape, size, personality and breed — waiting for a forever home at the Butler County Humane Society. The $130 adoption fee covers spay/neuter, a round of rabies, wormer and two parvo shots.
