Mrs. Pauline Rhodes, 72, a resident of Greenville, Ala. was born on August 16, 1949 to the late Paul and Daisy Mae Thagard. She departed her life on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama. 

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Chapel of Carter Rice & West Funeral Home, 10 Chalet Drive, Greenville, AL starting at 1:00 p.m. with Minister Jacoby Thagard officiating. Burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery with Carter Rice & West Funeral Home directing. 

She was preceded in death by her daughter: Tammy Rhodes; son: Antione Thagard; sister: Janie Thagard; and two brothers: Jimmy Thagard and Chester Thagard. 

She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters: Lurline (Fredrick) Crenshaw, Hattie Rhodes, and Latonya (Chris) Thagard Simmons; three sons: Conrad Rhodes III, Jerome Ollison and Ernest (Andrea) Rhodes, all of Greenville, AL; three sisters: Annie Ruth (Grant) Lee, Johnnie Mae Stewart and Shirley Thagard; and one brother: Pongie Thagard, all of Greenville, AL; seventeen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
