Joe R. Tilley, a resident of Greenville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, February 4.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, February 9, at Antioch East Baptist Church Cemetery beginning at 11 a.m.

Brother Blair McBride will officiate and Dunklin Funeral Home will direct.

Joe’s wife Jewel Tilley, parents Dallas and Minnie Tilley, brothers, Clyde, LaVance and Johnny Tilley and sisters Dalyne Jones and Ruth Patterson precede him in death.

His daughter Teresa Tilley, son Scott Tilley, grandchildren, Hannah Tilley, Stephen Tilley and Caitlyn Harden (Kenny), great-grandchildren Jody Stewart, John Stewart, Tilley Harden and Sophie Harden, brother Glenn Tilley, and many beloved nieces and nephews survive him.

The family would like to thank the staff at Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama, his Dr. Kanu Patel and his staff and staff of Southern Care Hospice.
