Betty Jo Booker, 73, Booker passed away Saturday in Montgomery.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, December 28 at Long Branch Cemetery with Bro. Kenneth Jones officiating.

Pallbearers were family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 17 years Donald Booker; Paul Booker; Brenda Turner (Amos) and Kim McClenney; Dr. Reid McClenney (Nichole); Madison (Sterling) Huggins and Taylor Turner;  Ellen Johnson (Byron) several nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is preceded in death by infant son James Douglas Gladwell; parents Hurley and Lula Mae Thompson; sister Barbara Smith; brother James Earl Thompson.

Betty worked as an LPN for most of her life. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and going to yard sales. She was a beautiful soul, a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
