Billy Ray Hayes, 79, of Greenville, AL died on Monday, July 26.

The memorial service is Wednesday at First Assembly of God.

Brother Lane Simmons is officiating.

His parents William Clarence Hayes and Mary Cope Cook, brother, Edward Hayes, sister, Voncile Alburl precede him in death.

His wife Judy Hayes, children Heather Wade and Katherine Lee, grandchildren Katlyn “Tater Bug” Sampley, Tyler Owens, Blake  Wade, Ashlyn  Box, Andrew Williams, Austin Williams, Paityn Lee, great grandchildren, Karter – Blayke Wade, Aiden Box, Teighan Owens, sisters, Jula Pearl Stabler, Pat Faulk and Marie Strickland survive him.
