John Herbert McCullough was born on June 22, 1978, to the late Mr. Ricky Wayne McCullough and Mrs. Effie Mae Thomas.

John leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Melissa McCullough; daughter, Justice Basom; Mother, Mrs. Effie Mae Thomas; Siblings: Jean Defee, Mary Jane (Shawn) Lambert, Tina (Joey) Schofield, Robert Mosley, William McCullough and Amanda Gill. 4 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside service was held Saturday, June 19, at 10 a.m. at Mt. Olive East Baptist Church, McKenzie Grade Road, Greenville, Ala.
