- Clint Russell Reaves, 54, for drug paraphernalia-1st offense, possession of a controlled substance
Feb. 10
- Ozmondiaz Lajuan Bone, 36, for probation violation, DV 3rd – harassment, DV harassment – criminal mischief
- Tytravios Carmichael, 21, for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance
- Travares Malik Jackson, 21, for kidnapping 1st degree, discharging a firearm into an occupied building

- Melissa Carol Hall, 38, for probation violation
Feb. 12
- Rondarius Deshoun Powell, 20, for 2 counts of harassment (simple assault)
