The Greenville Advocate, The Luverne Journal and The Lowndes Signal are gearing up for this year’s Progress edition. This year’s theme is “On the Front Line.”
The newspapers are looking for Butler, Crenshaw and Lowndes County’s Unsung Heroes and a special person from each county to be named “Citizen of the Year.”
We want to hear from you!
This year we’d like to focus on locals who have been on the front lines during COVID-19. These people can be nurses and doctors, CNAs, teachers and bus drivers, truckers and other essential workers, who have gone above and beyond since the pandemic began. These people will be featured in “On the Front Line,” which will hit newsstands in late February.
