A Celebration of Life Service was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, from Old Town Church for Claude Haiman Gladwell, 88, of Evergreen, who passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Burial followed in Old Town Cemetery. The Rev. Doug Lambert officiated. A Gathering of Family and Friends was held from 10 a.m. until service time on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Survivors include, daughter, Diane G. (Stanley) Bullock of Georgiana; son, Claude A. (Lisa) Gladwell of Evergreen; brothers, Jack (Rose) Gladwell and Lawrence (Laurice) Gladwell, all of Evergreen; grandchildren, Gena Bullock Hooks, Aaron Patrick (Deanna) Bullock, Stephanie (Billy) Stuckey, Julie Gladwell and Jamie Gladwell; great grandchildren, Ashlee (Jay) Dawsey, Chayton Hooks, Chase Bullock, Joshua Bullock, Kaitlyn Bullock, Elijah Bullock, Evie Bullock, Jordan Stuckey and Texana Stuckey and great-great grandchild, Allison Dawsey.
