A Celebration of Life Service was held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019, from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Georgiana for Frances Cook Phillips, 87, of Brantley, who passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 13. Burial followed in Industry Cemetery. A Gathering of Family and Friends was held from 2 p.m. until service time on Saturday, Feb. 16.

Survivors include her son, Eugene (Kathy) Phillips of Brantley; brothers, James Cook of Gardendale and John Cook of McKenzie; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
