Funeral service were held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2018, at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home for Kathryn Hargrove Skipper, 88, of Luverne, who died Sept. 22, in Luverne. Burial followed at the County Line Church of Christ in Honoraville. Bro. Harold Smith officiated.

Her husband, Earl Skipper; a son, Larry Skipper; father, Charles Hargrove; mother, Ethel Burrington; stepfather, Robert Burrington; stepmother, Eugene Hargrove; a brother, Bud Hargrove, and a sister, Eddie Joyce Hargrove, preceded Mrs. Skipper in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Sherry (Clifford) Rogers; a son, David (Rose) Skipper; a sister, Lynette McAllister, a brother, Buddy (Debbie) Hargrove; 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She also served as a special granny to a select few and many others.

Pallbearers were David Skipper, Clint Rogers, Mitchial Skipper, Aaron Skipper, Sawyer Skipper, Nick Skipper, Jeremy Walker and Josh Wildermuth
