A chapel service was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2018, from the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home for Edna Burkhalter Martin, 88, of Greenville, who died on Thursday, July 12, in Greenville. Burial followed at Magnolia Cemetery. Bro. Justin Schultz and Bro. Chase Clower will officiate. Visitation was held from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 14, at Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home.

Her husbands, William Ralph Burkhalter and Montie E. Martin Jr. and brothers, James Craig and Paul Craig, preceded Mrs. Martin in death.

Survivors include her children, William Craig Burkhalter (Linda) of Greenville, Teresa Burkhalter Schultz (Rick) of Kings Mountain, N.C. and Kenneth Lloyd Burkhalter of Greenville; six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
