Linda Page Urbaniak Thomas, born Sept. 22, 1944, and passed away on Feb 1, 2018 surrounded by loving family and friends.

She is survived by many loving family members including daughter & son in law Patti (Urbaniak) & Dick Frost, beloved grandchildren, Camille Page Frost and Shepard Rhodes Frost, brothers, Don Page, Buddy Page, cousin Larry Page.

Services will be Monday, Feb. 5 at Wesley Chapel UMC, 400 Wesley Chapel Rd, Georgiana, AL at 11:00 am.
