Alfred Scott, 90, of Greenville, Ala., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 3 2017. Alfred was born March 15, 1927. Alfred is survived by daughter, Angela Sexton; daughter, Brenda Bush; daughter Cathy Cotti; son Mac Scott; brother Shannon Scott; sister Magaret Hewlett; sister Vella Ree Scott; and sister Willa Jean Johnson. Alfred is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Alfred was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Scott, and sons, Steve Scott and Danny Scott; parents, Wilton and Phenie Scott; and brothers, Wilfred Scott and Leslie Scott.

A gathering of Family and Friends will be Wednesday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. A Celebration of Life service for Alfred will be held Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from the Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Herbert Brown officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time. Burial will be at Sunrise Cemetary, Mobile Road, Greenville, Ala.
