Mr. Earnest L. Nix, 70, a resident of Greenville, Ala., died on Monday, Oct. 23, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Nix.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at the Chapel of Carter Rice & West Funeral Home, 10 Chalet Drive, Greenville, Ala., starting at 11 a.m. Burial will be at Mulberry Baptist Church Cemetery in Dozier, Ala., with Carter Rice & West Funeral Home directing.
