Betty Ruth Selby, 70, died at her home on Thursday, March 12, 2017.  A graveside service will be Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Sunrise Memorial Park with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at Dunklin and Daniels Funeral Home.

Ms. Selby was born in Henegar, Ala. She was the oldest of seven children. Betty loved babies, small children and her family. She saw the world through the eyes of a child. Betty was preceded in death by her mom, Ruth Owens; her father, George Selby; and three brothers, David, Donald and Richard Selby. She is survived by her sister, Nita (Floyd) Heath; two brothers, Steve (Judy) Selby and Danny (Carol) Selby; and many nieces and nephews.
