Funeral services for Mr. Savarian Karl Wright (Dusty, Pop) were held on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017 at 1 p.m. from Holiness Temple Church of Christ in Prayer No. 2 in Montgomery, Ala. Rev. Robert Jackson officiated. Burial followed at Lucas Cemetery in Montgomery, Ala. Hudson Funeral Services of Greenville, Ala., directed.

Mr. Wright was born Dec. 2, 1952 in Montgomery, Ala., to the late Willie Wright and Marie Blount Wright. He departed this life on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017 in Huntsville, Ala.

Savarian was preceded in by his sisters, Yvonne Blount Talley, Betty Jean Baxton, Rosa Lee Wright and Minnie Pearl Wright; and a brother, Vernon Ray Wright.

Savarian leaves to cherish his memories his sister, Ora Wright Felder (Caple); brother, Beldren Brent Wright; two nieces, LaDonna R. Williams, Huntsville, Ala., and Joycelyn Williams, Montgomery, Ala.; two nephews,

Savarian Wright and Jessie Brent Walker; five devoted cousins, Vennessa Williams, Cynthia Hudson, Victor Williams, Jeffery Williams and Eddie Charles Wright; also a host of great nieces, nephews, and friends.
