The Georgiana Panthers (12-2) have had a strong showing this season, but the Panthers’ first game of 2017 also marked the team’s first region contest.

The hosting Brantley Bulldogs succumbed to the Panthers’ relentless assault as Georgiana claimed its first region win 65-39.

It was a productive night on the offensive side of things, as Georgiana spread the ball around enough to get three Panthers into double digits.  Ja’Michael Stallworth led the Panthers with 16 points, with DeAarion Squiare not far behind with 15 points.
