Courtney honored at retirement breakfast

Members of the Greenville Police Department gathered Friday morning to celebrate the retirement of Capt. Randy Courtney.
Greenville Police Chief Justin Lovvorn presented Courtney with a custom shadow box featuring a plaque, a badge, a pin and uniform patches from his years of service.
